The Standard Sound Detection Sensor Module is an analog/digital sound sensor featuring a condenser microphone for detecting changes in ambient noise levels. It is designed for general-purpose sound detection where moderate sensitivity is sufficient.
The onboard potentiometer allows adjustment of the sound detection threshold. When the sound level exceeds the set threshold, the digital output provides a HIGH signal, while the analog output delivers a voltage-based noise level value. This module detects sound intensity changes but does not reconstruct audio signals.
Compatible with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, and Raspberry Pi, the Standard Sound Detection Sensor Module is well suited for basic sound-triggered projects, alarms, and learning applications.
