NE555P Timer IC is an integrated circuit used in a variety of applications like Timer, multivibrator, pulse generation, oscillators etc. It is a high stable controller capable of producing accurate timing pulses. With Mono-stable operation the delay is controlled by one external resistor and one capacitor. With astable operation the frequency and duty cycle are accurately controlled by two external resistors and one capacitor.
